There are 2 living areas with ample seating for everyone. The kitchen is very spacious and the cook in the family will love the center island with all of it counter space to prepare meals. This home home will comfortably sleep 10 with a queen master suite, one bedroom with a full size bed, 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each, and a sleeper sofa. Off of one of the living rooms is a screened patio with covered lanai housing a large pool and plenty of outdoor seating. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Please contact the property manager for detail at least 72 hours prior to arrival. ** Important ** To complete your booking, you MUST register at https://www.homescheckin.com to complete your reservation and access your check-in instructions. On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.

Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
