If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11.
