It is a corner unit on the top floor with high, vaulted ceilings and views of Red Mountain. The unit offers a full kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. There are two TVs in the unit: one in the living room, and the other in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There is also a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Chateau Dumont has a perfect location in the downtown core and is less than 100 yards from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions. NO-SNOW POLICY If more than 50% of the lifts operated by the Aspen Skiing Company are not operating within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, cancellations will be accepted and refunded in full less a cancellation charge of 10% per person per week.
