The master bedroom has a king bed, the second has two twins (can be made into a king upon request), the third has a king (two twins), the fourth has two twins (king), the fifth has a king (two twins), and the sixth has two twin bunk beds. There are bathrooms on all floors, an additional kitchenette on the lowest floor, and a washer and dryer. This home is wonderful for family get-togethers or groups of any kind with its flexible bedding arrangements and large common spaces for gatherings. Please note that parking is limited to 3-4 vehicles. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions. NO-SNOW POLICY If more than 50% of the lifts operated by the Aspen Skiing Company are not operating within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, cancellations will be accepted and refunded in full less a cancellation charge of 10% per person per week.
