This two bedroom plus a loft, three bathroom unit features access to common area hot tub year round and common area outdoor pool during the summer season, one TV, one VCR; washer and dryer, wood burning fireplace, and grilll. Beddings consist of one king and two doubles. Sleeps six.Please note it is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the Meadow Village Center shuttle stop. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9.
