The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds that are located next to each other with a shared bathroom between them. Upstairs is the full kitchen, a half bath, and the living room with a queen sofa-sleeper and a deck with amazing views of the box canyon and Town Park. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7.
