Apartment | 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Sleeps 5 Welcome to this nice apartment very close to the beach in Can Picafort. It offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The apartment has 135 m2 and it is ideal for families or little groups of friends, as it has 3 bedrooms. There is a room with a double bed, one with 2 twin beds and another one with 1 single bed. All of them have built-in closet. There are two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub. There are two AC machines in two of the bedrooms. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator and it is the only flat in the building. You will be able to have pleasant breakfast in the 100 m2 terrace, where there is a table with chairs and other places to rest. You can as well relax in the living room, lying in the comfortable sofas or watch satellite TV. The kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge and a lot more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well. Pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance. During the high season, the bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water. In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, supermarkets and leisure activities. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there. By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November).
