Our guests can also enjoy South Pointe Park located at a 10 minute walk from the property. South Pointe Park is a lovely local park as well as a beach surrounded by fine dining restaurants. Guests can enjoy South Pointe Park's contemporary art sculptures, the sight of cruise ships sailing past, and the beautiful Miami Beach ocean. The Met is a one story coded gate building with nine units. The property has a tropical atmosphere as it is completely surrounded by bamboos and tall trees. All units are located right of the entrance and each unit has a beautiful daybed outside its entrance.The entrance door of the units are wooden glass doors covered with wooden blinds. All the units have dark oak hardwood flooring and plenty of windows that provide natural light to every room. The kitchen is located at the entrance of the unit and it comes fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen utensils. It also has a counter and two tall stools. Each unit has a washer and dryer and a closet. The living room area has two pallet sofas where 2 children or 1 adult can comfortably sleep in. It has a flat screen TV with cable, a landline phone, and we also provide internet access per unit. The bedroom entrance is a large dark oak door and it is equipped with a queen size bed and double door reach in closets.The bathroom has a stand up glass shower and we provide bath towels to all our guests. We offer a limited number of parking places, please make sure that you reserve one if you are interested. The Met is an alluring condo located at the heart of South Beach. There are plenty of activities, restaurants, and sightseeing options when staying at this property. Smoking is not allowed outside by any open window/door. Smoking is permitted on balconies as long as the doors and windows are closed. 2. Please no Parties or loud music in the Room. 3. Please Be respectful of the Neighbors. 4. Rooms Sleep a maximum of 4 people (Studios & one bedrooms). Two Bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 people. Damage Protection Insurance If applicable and paid for in advance, the purchase of Rental Unit Damage Protection Insurance covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior/exterior or golf cart that may occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to the credit card on file. Damage and cleaning issues Any damage or cleaning issues noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner immediately. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the unit can be kept in good repair. You must contact the cleaning company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to: No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other units.) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit. There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit. Unit is left in neat condition. Pet friendly units show no sign of pet damage or excessive cleaning If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. Pet Policies: No Pets Allowed Parking Parking is not included in the room rental. There are several parking lots in the area charging $15 to $20 per day.
