Villa 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Sleeps 8 1 King, 1 Queen and 4 Twin beds It is a home from home and as soon as we leave we are counting down the days until we can visit again. The villa is in a quiet community and has fabulous views. We play tennis (something we do not do when back in England), we swim everyday and we are able to walk to the shops from the villa. Our villa is a bungalow with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms are en-suite; the master bedroom has patio doors leading to the pool deck; a family room with patio doors out to the pool area. Large kitchen/breakfast area, second lounge and dining room. It is fully air-conditioned, has its own heated pool, large patio area, with lounger, patio table and chairs; overlooking the 10th hole of the championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. There are TVs in every bedroom and a DVD player. The garage is not used for cars but instead has a football table and a pool table to use. All linen and towels are provided. We have Free national calls and unlimited Free Wifi. Our villa is suitable for a large family or even for 2 families sharing. The pool is alarmed for children's safety. All rooms have air-conditioning/central heating and ceiling fans. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Property’s price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services. 3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted. 4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
