When you arrive at the 50 acre Resort Style area you will find lush tree lined surroundings including 2 swimming pools, full sized tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. From the living room you can walk out onto the screened in balcony/patio and overlook Gardens and see the water fountain, Sand Volleyball courts, Walking Trails and Children's Playground. The Dining room has seating for 6. Perfect for socializing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It is fully stocked with full size appliances, dish ware, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and blender to name a few. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Full size washer and Dryer, Iron and Full Size Ironing Board. We even welcome you with laundry soap for your first washing. The home was just redecorated with all new bedding, linens, pillows and bathroom amenities. The Master Suite features a King Size Pillow Top Mattress, large walk in closets, flat screen TV and in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with large walk in closets and flat screened TV as well. All of the bedrooms are bright and sunny as they feature afternoon sunlight. For the days when you are not at the parks, there is still so much fun to be had. The resort area of Legacy Dunes has two swimming pools one of which is a large resort swimming pool with loungers and cabanas. There is also a zero entry portion of the pool and a fountain area where the kids can run through the geisers and have a blast - perfect for the little ones. Legacy Dunes is located in Kissimmee Florida just off Rt. 192. We are closest to the intersection of Routes 192 and 27 and just 10 minutes west of Interstate I-4. The home is ideally situated to all major theme parks including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, LEGOLAND as well as many local attractions. You are a short drive to the many great restaurants on 192. You will find just about evey type of dining available. If you are looking to relax after a long day at the parks you could not ask for a better location. After driving through the main entrance you will not believe this serene setting is this close to everything. This is a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the main resort swimming pool and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. ***Private Pool Heating: As is typical for the Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May – October usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of approximately $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children. 6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences. 7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions. 12. *This manager require a credit card form to be filled out and returned before arrival information is provided* (this covers incidentals, etc..) Hold of $300 release if no damage is found with 24-48 hrs.
