The Moraine and Cornerstone share an outdoor swimming pool (summer only) and two outdoor hot tubs. Transportation around town is provided by private shuttle service (winter only). There is seating for up to ten at the dining room table plus four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is accompanied by a propane grill on the deck. There is a 42" flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray DVD, player and a Wii in the living area as well as a gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 32" flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a King size bed and 32" flat screen TV. There is a sitting area just outside the bedroom with a TV and a PlayStation One. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
