Amenities include a full kitchen, dining area for six plus two bar stools, and a living room with a cable TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo and CD player. There is cable TV/VCR in the master bedroom and a cable TV in the second bedroom. You'll also find a private washer and dryer for your convenience.Parkview 33 also features an outdoor private hot tub and parking for one car in the garage only.During the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated. There is an additional fee to reactivate private hot tubs. 72 hours notice is required. Please contact your agent for more details. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. 5. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm. 6. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so. 7. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement 8. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home. 9. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
