I will keep this review as fair as possible as after all no one can expect 5* when booking here. You get what you pay for so here’s the positives firstly that we think as a couple after a weeks stay here. Location for old town is fab as you are a few mins from old town main part and just a street back from the beach front. There is a supermarket over the road for all essentials and the area has lots of restaurants bars shops Burger King popeyes within walking distance. This area compared to the strip feels very safe and felt ideal location to keep away from any noise. The hotel itself is very clean in terms of hygiene , our room was cleaned every morning and there was no part of the hotel that was found as dirty. The rooftop pool is lovely but if you are someone who needs shade then this isn’t for you unless you find somewhere to buy your own parasol. The beds in the rooms are nice and comfortable and our room was spacious. The breakfast had a choice of hot English style breakfast as well as fruit,cereals, cold meats and cheeses. The plenty of juices and hot drinks to choose from also. The parts that were disappointing is that the rooms just are really lacking finishing touches. Some parts appear to be renovated but the flooring was a poor standard around doorways, paintwork marks and filler marks on walls. You can see they are trying to modernise but the standard of decor was shocking by whoever was tasked with painting and decorating. Marks allover walls. The main thing that upset me on the second day was that our room was left wide open by cleaners. After returning from a day trip the room had been cleaned but the hotel room door was wide open with all of our belongings on show this really should not happen . Was reported to reception who were friendly. Overall for a cheap break you get what you pay for it is just a shame that the very odd thing can hold the hotel back slightly on what they are trying to achieve with renovations. A mini fridge would be fab on rooms too.

Enter to a nice lobby, we had half board. Opted for lunch and breakfast had what we needed. Pool on roof like a forgotten area needs alot of work but has potential. Weekend had alot of locals.and was very noisy. Hallway and road noise also. Staff were decent. Basic rooms. No phones in the room. No fridge. Ten min walk to beachfront.
