Villa Kamilari is a traditional stone house, built in 1903, which has been renovated by the attention to detail in 2004. It is located in the village of Kamilari. The beach of Kalamaki is 2.5 km away. Heraklion International Airport is 60 km away. The entrance to the house area leads to a private car park and a small garden with open seating corner. From the entrance of the house you will see a spacious living room with fireplace, traditional furniture, piano antiques, comfortable sofas convertible to single beds, TV satellite, DVD, HI-FI system with excellent views of the swimming pool. A wooden stone leads to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, percolator, electric cooker, refrigerator, toaster and countless useful things). In the cellar there is also a spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom with hut (hydro-massage, dehydrogenase, ham, perfume therapy), hairdryer and washing machine. The wooden staircase leads to another bedroom with a wooden floor (ontas) with a double bed and a sofa convertible to a single bed which overlooks a terrace tidied up to a garden that offers great views. At the back of the house in front of the living room is a garden with seats, a swimming pool (3.5m x 7.00m, 1.30m deep) and a barbecue. There is also air conditioning (cooling-heating), safe and iron.
