Lovely hotel and staff. We stayed in the premium room and it was clean and very spacious. The hotel staff were very accommodating and we were able to use the heated pool for a while after checkout. “Exchange of Spa and lunch gift”
Had a present for 50 mins of spa and lunch. Spa was very small in comparison to the huge building of Vichy Catalan which was so impressive from the outside. “Average stay”
The hotel needs some renovation. The rooms are old fashioned and you can hear everything happening next door. The spa area is quite average, it's quite old. The other services like massage are the best part. The food and drinks are quite pricy
