It is always a pleasure to come back to this excellent pousada. The new managers, Emerson and Emi, are competent and very kind, rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh juice different every day, different kind of fruit, simple but very good cake, and well prepared hot dish like pao de queiso and and eggs. Don't miss, in particular, the manioca with eggs and cheese. The pousada is a new building in colonial style, with very nice terrace and garden. The position is optimal being close to the city center, but distant enough to have a good sleep during the night

“The best in pipa !”

Juste next to the village centre, the poussada is really Nice with a lot of trees and flowers. The rooms are big and air conditionned. We were great welcomed by Gaston who gives advices everyday and it's sure we wouldn't have seen as much of Pipa without him. Thanxs Gaston !

I came back to this pousada after an year and I thought that it deserve writing another enthusiastic review, in English, this time. Renato built some years ago this hotel with an unique style, combining Brasilian colonial flavour and the Italian style. Everything works perfectly, which usually is not always true in N-E Brasil. The hospitality by Renato and his team is fantastic, very friendly. Really worth a visit.

This was our second visit to Pipa. On the first trip we stayed at the Pousada across the street and found this one much better (and way more valuable for the price). The owner, Renato was also a sweet guy. It bears noting that we had no reservation whatsoever and literally just walked in and were able to get a room. The room was spacious and cheerily decorated. There was a small TV (if you're into that) and a frigobar with a few bottles of water, but plenty of space to bring your own things if you wanted. Air condition worked well and the bathroom had his/hers sinks. About two blocks to the main road of Pipa; the hill up and down was formidable but absolutely do-able. Breakfast was included and we noticed on Sunday that it was served quite late into the morning. Breads, fresh fruits, amazing juice, eggs made to order and cold meat & cheese was more than enough for us. We stayed in the top floor, so watch out for the winding staircase after it rains. We didn't have any problems but the wet windy stairs were a little scary. A couple of ants made their way into the room at night, but nothing at all to write home about.
