All of the cottages of Nantucket surround the seasonally heated swimming pool and sundeck. Lush, tropical landscaping abounds and each of the stand-alone buildings contain 2 units; one upstairs and one down. You'll be right across the street from the beach, a short 100-yard stroll puts you right in the warm, blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2nd floor condo is a beautifully upgraded unit with a king sized bed in the master, designer bedding, flat screen TV, and inspirational scripture decor. The kids are sure to love the fun bunk beds with crisp white bedding. The bathroom offers a glass enclosed shower with upgraded mirror and fixtures. The unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. The living room has a crisp clean contemporary design, a large flat screen TV, a private balcony, and patio furniture. There is also a CD stereo system for your listening pleasure. The kitchen has high end appliances as well as a full compliment of house wares needed for your stay. You can't beat the location. Walk to the Crab Trap restaurant, or the 75 shops and restaurants of Destin Commons, including The Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, movie theaters, coffee shops, and bike and scooter rentals. Interactive water fountains make this a popular spot for little ones, too. You're also close to Henderson State Park, with all its natural beauty. There is a centrally located, coin operated laundry room for your convenience. The building contains 2 identical one bedroom condos, one upstairs and one downstairs. See Nantucket 10B for the downstairs unit in this building. You could rent both with friends or family and keep the unit doors open and have the whole run of the cottage. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, prices listed do not include beach service. This gives our guests the option of purchasing beach set-ups on their own, if desired, instead of forcing them to purchase an amenity they may not want. In 2013, a beach set-up, which consists of 2 chairs and an umbrella, was $25/day or $120/week. Our policies for renting to under 25's are: 1. an extra $1000 refundable CASH damage deposit, to be paid at time of check in 2. extra 15% premium 3. check-in at office 4. you must be present for a check-out inspection ** Important ** To complete your booking, you MUST register at https://www.homescheckin.com to complete your reservation and access your check-in instructions. Property ID: 1521 When signing in, use the Property ID above, your Check-in Date and your Last Name. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Keys/Wristbands/Key Cards/Beach Passes - Items such as wristbands or key cards required at some properties for restricted entry will be treated as keys and must be returned at check-out. If any of the above-named items are lost or not returned, a fee of $25.00-$85.00 per missing item will apply. Rates– Rates are based on location, features and seasons, and are subject to change without notice. Cleaning fees which vary by property, sales tax and a one-time administration fee will be added to all reservations. Damages - We require a valid credit card to be on file to cover any losses or damages that may occur during your stay. Your credit card will not be charged without your prior notification. Following check-out and an all-clear inspection, your credit card information will be shredded. If extra cleaning or repairs are required as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply this amount to your credit card, plus all applicable repair costs as quoted and attested to by a certified contractor in addition to the total rental amount plus taxes/fees to offset the incurred expenses. Housekeeping – You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at checkout. Rates include a one-time linen/towel set up and cleaning service at the time of departure. We request that you remember you are staying in someone’s home during your vacation; please treat it with the care as you would your own. If unit is left unusually messy (extra unusual cleaning, unwashed dishes, food or garbage left in unit) or left damaged (damages/stains on carpet or furniture or to walls and floors), we reserve the right to apply credit card charges as part of our damage deposit policy for these expenses. Linens/Towels/Supplies – Units are fully equipped. Although linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels, beach blankets and your own personal toiletries. An initial set up of trash liners, bathroom paper and facial soap is provided upon arrival. Extra supplies needed (including cleaning supplies) are the responsibility of the guest. Upon departure, please place all soiled linens in the tub for house cleaning, place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run machine. If you leave unit in unusually messy condition, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee outside the normal prepaid cleaning. Moving any items or furnishings from one unit to another is not permitted. Smoking & Pets – ALL units are NON-SMOKING units and absolutely NO PETS are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Guests found in violation of this agreement will be asked to leave and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount without refund. Smoking in the units will also result in a $250 charge for ozone cleaning of the unit. Family Rental Only – No units will be rented to anyone under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Any reservation made under false pretense may be subject to forfeiture of advance rental payment/rental payments or security deposit. Good Neighbor Policy – Many of our rentals are located in multi-unit buildings that include short and long term guests and year round residents. All guest and owners are subject to conform to the rules and regulations of the properties. Guest(s) causing excessive noise or disturbances will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. Parking will only be for two vehicles unless stated. If you are bringing a boat/watercraft or RV, you must verify that there is appropriate parking on site before arriving. Parking - Please do NOT bring a trailer unless our management allows you to do so, many of the properties cannot accommodate them. You will be subject to all parking rules, regulations and fines that are in place at the location you are renting.
