“Great Holiday, Great Value!”

Hotel was very close to bars and shopping area and the sea. Room was plenty big enough for 2 of us and great value what we paid. Bed was comfy and water was hot. There was noise from the bars below but didn't bother us at all as we spent time on our balcony singing to the music. After a few drinks and the balcony door was closed we had no trouble sleeping. Food was fine and there was always something to eat. The drinks were very good and we only had to wait 2 mins at most. The beach was a very short walk away and there was access to the water taxis which were really good. Shopping was amazing for those that like it and there are all kinds of bars and restaurants if you need a change. We had a really good time.

How this hotel is only coming in at 3+ stars I just can t understand. Got home yesterday 22nd Oct after a week here and honestly am so sad to have left. Please Don t be put off re the negative reviews, I was literally dreading this holiday but how wrong I was. Please believe the good reviews on here I Don t need to repeat them because all have aspects of truth. Yes it's not 100% perfect but it certainly gives a good try. Staff excellent all true Anna and Co should be so proud , even the owner was around a few nights eating and drinking and generally mingling which I thought a great example of customer and staff relations. Cleaning excellent , towel changes every day,I even refused a couple of days and bed every other. Fridge full of water every day. Food,,,, OK well certainly not a Michelin experience BUT also not anywhere as bad as some make out. 3 of us and we always found something. Yes some lids we closed and moved along but there was always something further along. Salads lovely, some soup hit n miss, bread amazing, cakes generally OK, lovely omelettes, and always chips n chicken. No issues with bar/alcohol apart from last night when there was no brandy but we we're literally the one of the last guests to leave. The hotel was closing the day we left so that said we were more than happy with the scale of food and drink that was available. Spa/turkish bath was amazing had an absolutely lovely 2hrs being completely pampered for£45. My only tiny issue was the position of the sun and shade n really don t think the hotel can do much. But being oct presume the sun is slightly lower making sunbathing abit of a tetris again not a hotel issue, consequently went to the amazing beach 3 mins away and used the hotel beds there and beautiful sea. Can be a bit noisy til quite late as we were over the red lion, but we generally were out til fairly late ourselves wasn't an issue for us. All in all great value and excellent staff make this an amazing hotel in beautiful icmeler.

We stayed there in sept/oct, it's in a good position, close to beach, bars, although the Irish bar and blues bros bar is right opposite and unless you have a pool view room you will need ear plugs if you want an early night(before 3am). As for the hotel itself, rooms ok, small balcony, staff very helpful and pleasant, pool, well ok when in full sun but most of it is shaded by hotel, so are the beds. Food, mmnnn salads good enough, variety, hot food ok ish, but lacking in taste. Mostly chicken/ turkey, in sauces. No beef or pork. We ate out most of the time. Bar drinks cocktails are pretty awful effes ok. Won't go there again. Resident tortoise, in picture and view from room of hotels behind( blues brothers bar)

“OK for the money we paid”

Had a really nice holiday here considering we got a bargain price of £410pp all inclusive, the room was nice, the staff was lovely, pool lovely had a lovely time. But Ahhhhhh!! Had a really nice holiday here considering we got a bargain price of £410pp all inclusive, the room was nice, the staff was lovely, pool lovely had a lovely time. But Ahhhhhh!! The noise we were in a room right above the Irish bar the music from the bar was rediculasly noisy that made it impossible to sleep until the music stopped which could be anywhere from 1-2.30am depending on when the police were passing and made them turn it off. Food was very repetitive unless you love meatball, fish, salad, chips and chicken was more or less the same every evening Love Turkey but think I would stay in a different hotel again next time
