The surrounding is typical Amsterdam: majestic buildings with high ceilings along the canal.  When entering the apartment you will end up in the living with an open kitchen. At your right houses the modern and fully equipped kitchen. White cabinets beautifully finished with a metal worktop, giving the kitchen a modern look. In front of it you will find the large dining table with matching chairs. The back of the living is suited for relaxing moments on the sofa watching at the large flat screen TV.   Around the corner houses the bedroom. It is suitable for two persons on a double bed and contains enough space to store your luggage. This room contains an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a sink and a spacious shower. Here you will also find the separated toilet.   Please note the following conditions:   -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euros, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 10am-15pm is 30 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).  -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
