The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with enough tableware for 12 people, gas hobs, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens out onto the small terrace, from which you access the inner courtyard. The night area is composed of two bedrooms: the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second one -to be used also as study room- comes with a single bed and a roll-out bed: they are on the same level, so they can be combined together into a double bed. The room also comes with writing desk and wardrobes. The bathroom, utterly modern, is equipped with a large shower stall; there is a separate toilet.
