This apartment has just been renovated. It is a cozy, simple apartment and extremely nice, shiny and perfectly well located if you wish to stay in a safe, green area of our town. The bedroom has a double bed and lot of closet space. The bed can also be split into two single beds. There is also a spacious kitchen with everything you will need, and a full bathroom. In the living area is a beautiful table with 4 chairs, a comfortable living-area, with a very nice and modern sofa bed, where 2 people can sleep. The street is a very silent one, and the apartment receives lots of sun during most of the day. Guest will have access to the full unit. This is an entire apartment for rent. Interaction with Guests: I will be at the check in time and show you the apartment and how things work. You will have my mail and cell phone in case you need something. But in case you want to get to know some other neighbourhood, the “D Metro Line” of the Buenos Aires Subway go by through Palermo. Other Things to Note: The place has wi-fi, phone and cable TV. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 3 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. You will not incur any additional charges if the following items are adhered to: No damage is done to the unit or its content including the linens. No items are missing upon the inventory check. (This includes, but is not limited to, transferring items to other units.) All debris, garbage and discards are placed in proper containers. All soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher. There was no exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit. There was no smoking or evidence of smoking in a designated non-smoking unit. Unit is left in neat condition. If you experience any problems whatsoever with the vacation property during your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the matter as soon as it is practically possible. Should a problem remain unresolved, you are required to notify us in writing within 7 days of your return. No action can be taken or liability accepted for any complaints received after this period. We aim to resolve complaints within a two month period from receipt, the details of which will be kept confidential to only the parties involved. Please note that as Florida is a tropical State, insects such as ants and the like are occasionally inevitable, and are not cause for complaint. The vacation property is treated periodically as part of a pest and termite control program, and is cleaned after each rental. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. PET POLICIES: No Pets COMMUNITY RULES: Guest agrees to abide by rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time.
