The communal pool and gardens are situated about 20 metres from the apartment. Communal grounds give a feeling of space and an opportunity for children to run around safely. The apartment itself is furnished in a contemporary style. The integral kitchen diner is well stocked with equipment and you have ample opportuity to cook should the mood take you. Leading out from the living room is a large balcony with patio furniture. The two bedrooms (one en-suite) with double bed, the other a twin, are spacious and comfortable and a family bathrom is also available. Stairs to the front of the property lead to the huge roof terrace which has some stunning panoramic views.Flamingo Country Club is a superb choice if you want a resort packed with amenities. Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. When smoking outside the apartment all cigarette ends and ash must be cleared away
