The communal pool and gardens are situated about 30 metres from the apartment. The apartment has an open lounge with integral kitchen diner and doors which lead from the open plan living area to a large patio with patio furniture. There are two bedrooms (one en-suite) with double bed, the other a twin and a family bathroom. To the front of the patio, stairs lead down to the communal gardens and to the pool. The apartment has views to the sea and to the hills in the Iassos peninsula in the distance across a low ornamental wall. Guests enjoy free use of the majority of the resort amenities provides as well as access and use of the facilities offered by sister resorts Turquoise and Royal Heights. This includes access to the private beach and beach club at Royal Heights. FREE shuttle buses run between resorts and to the beach club. A mono-rail at the top of Royal Heights takes you to the beach club if you are walking. Local towns such as Bogazici, Guverncinlik, Gulluk and Bodrum Town provide ample entertainment and additional amenities. Security Deposit: 150 A refundable Breakage Deposit of £150 is payable upon arrival and will be returned in full, in the case of a check, less any breakage/damage in the villa or apartment through misuse of accident, within two weeks of end of your stay. Neither the Owner, their managing or booking agents shall be liable for the non-availability of any facility or amenity, whether advertised or not, irrespective of whether these are described as being part of the resort the accommodation is located on, or as being associated with it. All such facilities and amenities are controlled and managed by 3rd party organizations and individuals over which the Owner, their managing and booking agents have no control. Care of the Property: You agree to treat the property with care and consideration and to inform us of any damage you have caused as soon as possible. All rentals are subject to the conditions that clients will pay for any damages caused by them during their occupancy of the property. In the unlikely event that you have caused damage to the property or contents, which requires repair or replacement. Please be assured that we will do everything to minimize the costs to you. Any items which have been broken should not be replaced. We will inform you of the cost, for which we will require payment and we will replace the articles ourselves. Cleaning / Maid Service: You will find the property clean and tidy when you arrive. Rates include for cleaning and linen change at the end of each booking. Should you require regular additional cleaning it is possible for this to be arranged in advance at an additional cost. Cleaning utensils and appliance are provided in the apartment should you require them. Linen and Towels: All bedding is provided. Should you require additional changes, then this can be arranged in advance and at additional cost. All hand and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the apartment for additional cleaning if required. Pool / beach /sun bed towels are not provided. Utilities: The cost for the use of tap water, electricity and gas is for the most part included in the rental price. However, some accommodations have electric meters fitted and these are "pay as you go" meters. These meters are set at standard municipality rates for the times of usage and cards can be purchased from the local management agent. Valuables: Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk. We are not responsible for their loss and we therefore recommend that you take out the appropriate personal travel insurance. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. When smoking outside the apartment all cigarette ends and ash must be cleared away
