Our VIDAMAR Townhouse Guests can also take advantage of our DINE AROUND concept in the Hotel, featuring open air, sea view and sunset dining options. While Guests in the Villas can avail of the full range of resort facilities, room-service is not available in the Villas. Daily cleaning is included but daily cleaning of the Villas does not include dish washing. Your obligations: You agree to comply with the Condominium Regulations and any other regulations reasonably made from time to time and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
