There are 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms. The 1000m2 garden is perfect for children to play and run in the sunshine; the pool is private and measures 4 meters wide and 8 meters long with plenty land to lay down and take the sun, read or enjoy conversations. The large barbecue area, with a table for 8 people, is planned to be a perfect place for gathering family in a lovely meal; you will also find a terrace and a balcony to relax and breathe the air offered by nature. Chimney, TV, DVD, stereo and internet are available! Located in a traditional Catalan village full of history and unexplored corners, just 25km from the center of Barcelona giving visitors a choice of tourism (beach, mountain, horseback riding, sports, arts, etc.). Sant Feliu del Raco is a Catalan town whose history dates back to the year 900, his church is famous for its pre-Romanesque building. There you can enjoy the Catalan cuisine at the hands of local people who love tradition and regional customs. Airport is only 25 km away, the nearest beach is 20 km driving, supermarkets and groceries stores are few kilometres from the house (bakery, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.). Public transportation is 300 metres from the house! You can also take train to Barcelona’s centre to avoid traffic and parking complications if you don’t wish to drive! Maid service is available at additional cost for all villas. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Insurance Requirements Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available. Damage deposit / Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) The Manager charges an Accidental Damage Protection Fund which is a non-refundable one time payment of 45 Euros and cover unintentional damage to the rented holiday home and its inventory during your stay. Repairs will be handled and paid for directly by the Property Manager to a total maximum value of 500 EUR. Please note that this fund does not cover willful and negligent behavior or vandalism. The guest must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state including the washing-up of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils etc., emptying of the refrigerator, the freezer, dust bins, cleaning of the BBQ and removal of rubbish/trash. This is also valid although the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent. A generous allowance of water and electricity is included in the rental price; however, you will be charged for abuse of these services (leaving water/hoses open and running for long periods of time, door/windows open when using air-conditioning/heating, etc.) Water and electricity readings are taken before and after every stay in every property. Party Size At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement. Property Standards We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavor to maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the local representative who will then endeavor to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem. Change and Non Availability of accommodation On rare occasions it may be unavoidable to change your chosen villa because of circumstances beyond our or the owners control; we will endeavor to inform you of this asap and offer you either alternative accommodation of similar or superior standard, a refund if nothing is suitable or discuss other options. Air Conditioning Air conditioning means units in at least 2 areas of the villa (for example, living room and bedroom). We accept no responsibility for the breakdown of these units under any circumstances although we will always endeavor to rectify the matter as soon as possible. Pets Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask. Cleaning The maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Most houses do have washing machines or, should you wish, additional cleaning & laundry can usually be arranged at an additional charge.
