This 90 sq mt apartment is fitted with wooden floors, double glazing and mosquito nets in all the rooms, while the air conditioning is available just in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The apartment opens up into a lovely living area, furnished with a french-size sofa bed, a TV area, a dining table for 6 people and a large bookcase. The living area also includes a nice balcony with a table for 2 people and a large kitchen corner with microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe with two sliding doors, a second bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a crystal desk and a bathroom with shower. Internet is available upon request. Linens and towels provided. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
