The apartment (60 sq.mt) opens into the hallway, which leads into the living room: the day area is furnished with a table seating up to 4 people, a French-size sofa bed, a bookcase with a writing desk, a TV corner and a fully-fitted kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher. The night area is composed of a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe with 3 sliding doors and a design bookcase, and a bathroom with shower. Linens and towels provided. Parquet flooring in both day and night area, whilst the bathroom and the kitchen are covered in tiles. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival. Security Deposit: 300 There is a security deposit due upon arrival.
