The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes an elegant marble table for 6 people and a crystal sliding door permitting to separate this area from the living room.\nThe master bedroom is located on the left of the entrance and it offers a double bed with storage base, the access to a small balcony where the water heater is located and an en-suite bathroom with a large crystal shower stall.\nAn anteroom with a closet situated past the living area leads, on the right, to the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds which can be joined and used as a double bed and a large closet with sliding doors. Next to this room is a functional box room-laundry room with washer and dryer.
