This 45 sq mt apartment, fitted with air conditioning and hardwood floors, overlooks the inner courtyard of the building and is therefore very quiet despite being in a central and quite busy location. The apartment opens up onto a corridor leading to the living area, complete with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a fully equipped kitchenette and a table for 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (130 cm), a wardrobe and a small desk. The bathroom with shower is located next to the entrance. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays.
