As the flat is located on the top floor, it enjoys ample city views and is bathed into plenty of natural light. The double living room backs onto a glass wall offering marvellous views of Bologna hills, and it is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a table seating up to 6 people. It showcases elegant details, such as the paintings of important artists, a richly-decorated parquet floor, a prestigious bookcase of Albini filled with antique books. On one side of the living room there are two balconies, one linked to the other. The lovely fireplace, made by stone and copper, bestows a relaxing touch, thus creating the perfect place where to enjoy a family dinner. Now amble down the corridor: here is the modern study, furnished with a desk and a hand-made wooden single bed. Opposite is the kitchen, showcasing some incredible paintings by Andy Warhol and fitted with state-to-the-art appliances, such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven. There is also a 4-seater dining table ideal for breakfast. A French door opens out onto a long balcony. Then you find a dressing room with custom-made closets and a functional worktop, and two bedrooms: the master bedroom comes with a double bed, a walk-in closet, made by refined wood, a desk dating back to the XIX century, some green hand-made curtains and a contemporary painting; the guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds (to be combined into a double bed if needed) and a large closet. The guests benefit from a box room and two bathrooms: the first, smaller bathroom has shower stall, whilst the master bathroom is equipped with both shower and tub. The apartment is perfectly located: its position on the top floor makes it extremely quiet and, despite being in the city centre of Bologna, it is not comprised into the Limited Traffic Area.
