For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost as follows:

Saturday, sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20

From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20

Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40

Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in.

There has to be paid a refundable security deposit: €300 for stays up to 15 days, for longer stays €1000.
