The guests benefit from an exclusive atmosphere with some high-end facilities such as pool with views of the south-western shore of Garda lake, solarium and underground private parking. The apartment is on the ground floor (entrance from the inner courtyard). Guests are welcomed into a spacious living room with a dining table for 6 and a sitting corner with a double sofa bed and TV; the open-plan kitchen corner is comprised into the day area. Going upstairs you find the night area, which is composed of 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom comes with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, whilst the guest room is furnished with twin beds, which can be joined together if needed. Here there is the full bathroom, which is equipped with shower. Linens and towels provided. The apartment comes with private garage. The property doesn't have either private garden or private balcony. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
