The Gardagolf Country Club is in the vicinity. The complex offers several flats to let and some luxury facilities, such as pool with solarium, garden and underground parking. The apartment is accessed from the inner courtyard (with elevator or stairs) and is located on the 2nd floor. Going upstairs you find a stunning open gallery -on the 1st floor- whilst before the entrance door there is a spacious sheltered veranda with exposed beams and skylights, converted into an elegant relaxation area with table and chairs. The living room is composed of a dining corner with a 6-seater dining table, a open-plan kitchen with full amenities, and a relaxation corner with double sofa bed and TV set. From the living room walk into anteroom: from here you enter the box room and -opposite- the full bathroom with washer and shower. A little further along you find the two bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, whilst the second one comes with a single bed, a desk and a closet.
