It is located on the third, in a fully renovated building (end of 2013) which comprises 9 apartments for rent (1 studio, 5 one bedroom- and 3 two bedroom flats). The apartment opens onto the living room, which offers a day area with TV and sofa bed (for 2 people); next to it you find the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and fridge). The corridor leads to the night area, which is composed of a master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with twin beds and a small closet, and a bathroom (with tub). Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client. The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
