Further on, on the left, there is a niche where the kitchen is located, separated almost completely from the rest of the apartment by a glass wall. The main room, covered with gray carpet and with two windows that overlook a pedestrian street, includes a square black lacquered table with two chairs (and two other folding chairs), an armchair in black fabric, a pouff, a bookcase with TV, a double sofa bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). On the left there is a wall with sliding doors: a mirror door hides a closet, while the wooden door provides access to a bathroom with a bathtub, sink and toilet. Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need. For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20 Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. Adult Minimum Age: Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M., Mondays to Fridays. Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need written approval by the Company. Extra costs will apply for check ins or check outs outside office hours or on weekends/holidays, and in the case of the Client's delayed arrival.
