“renovation finished. Much better than before.”
Now this place is going to make everyone feel cozy and pleasure. This hotel has three great factors; location, price, condition. location is main center of SinChon, which are close to station and universities. Tones of restaurants around the hotel and shopping mall as well.

“Good Value of a Budget Stay”
The hotel is next to Sinchon Station - about 2 mins walk, with a supermarket, a fast-food restaurant and many food stands nearby. The room is clean ans spacious, but the bathroom/toilet is relatively small. This hotel is good for a budget stay.

“Dated but good price”
I loved having the kitchenette inside and everyone was nice, but the place is a bit dated. It's also cramped. The bed took up almost the whole room so it was hard to keep our toddlers indoors at all. Good for the price, nice area. You get what you pay for.
