General Information Maagan Holiday Village is located on the shores of the Sea of Gallilee. It offers a unique holiday experience for the whole family, with a private beach, a mini zoo and a children?s playground. Maagan Holiday Village Kibbutz Hotel is a good destination from which to explore holy Christian sites and parts of Northern Israel such as Upper Galilee, Beit Shean Valley and the main Christian shrines. Guests can enjoy both the hotel's private beach and outdoor pool, open from April until November. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. A massage service is available for a fee. Some sporting activities available are rafting at Jordan Park, jeep touring and boat riding. The closest beach to the Holiday Village is one of the most beautiful and well kept around the Sea of Galilee, with landscaped lawns, flower beds and trees providing shade. In addition to bathing in the lake, there is also a large swimming pool, shaded areas, dressing rooms and a windsurfing club called Start Point.
