This new high tech hotel is ideally located in a quiet side street, very close to the Bridge of Sights and The Doge's Palace. San Mark's Square is a couple of minutes walking distance. This is the heart of the city. The closest boat stop is San Zaccaria.This hotel has opened in June 2006. It is a typical Venetian building in keeping with the surroundings.
There is no restaurant. Breakfast is taken at the sister hotel Casa Verado, located about 70 metres away. Breakfast room is made in one of the large, beautiful, salone of this historical residence.

“Perfect location”
We visited Venice during the Carnival 2020 and we stayed at Casa Kirsch. The location of this hotel is perfect, very near to Piazza San Marco. “Clean and comfortable, close to vaporetto.”
Leave the vaporetto at San Marco/San Zaccharia and go down calle degli Albanesi until the small piazza at the end. Cross that and go down calle Sacristia until you reach a small stepped bridge. “Hotel Kirsch”
Its a bit a confusion from where you check in - to the walk to where your room was/is. if you have difficulty walking up stairs - your in trouble. Room was clean - rather spartan, but it was sufficient for a quick stay

“basic, clean and central, only for the mobile”
A two night stay here in this annex to the Hotel Verardo. Close to all the sights and a Vaporetto stop, but then nothing in Venice is far from anywhere else.
