Central location that is within walking distance to nearby attractions such as Vakil Complex, Kharim Khan Citadel & Pars Museum. Rooms are decent and clean, with comfortable beds, decent air conditioning and modern card-entry door locks. Bath towels are provided and cable TV with one english news channel is available. Hotel Wi-Fi is decent but take note there's an upload limit that, once reached, you won't be able to use the Wi-Fi. Front desk are fluent in English and are very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is ok if you dont wanna spend a lot of money (compared to other hotels in the city), The location is near some main intersts such as Vakil bazaar, Karim khan Arg etc. The restaurant waiters are not so friendly, Same foods repeat on and on, Although the rooms are clean, Hot shower and air conditioner work well. The hotel can provide your needs if you are not looking for a palace! However, There are other higher classed hotels in the city surely with higher rates.

The hotel is small, cramped , with small rooms, average decor. no elevator access to breakfast area, if problem climbing stairs, you are in trouble. Food is ok but same repeated every day. Thwe worst was the view out of one small window-- a garbage dump in an empty lot next to the hotel. a homeless man had collected some furniture and made a makeshift shelter where he lit a fire to keep warm.

“Expensive for the quality ”

Hotel needs improvement and modernization for the money charged. Slow WiFi and poor breakfast (not enough fruits, too egg based diet). Although centrally located, clean, with friendly staff, I would bargain the price down to make it competitive for its value.
