Check-in for reservations is carried out from 14:00 to 16:00 hours, after 16:00 prices may vary depending on the demand for the room. The refund of the paid reservation is made no later than 12:00 on the day preceding the day of check-out. A deposit of 1,000.00 RUB or 2,000.00 RUB is charged upon check-in (the amount depends on the room category). When booking a stay with children under 3 years old, an additional discount for a child seat is possible. The discount amount is negotiated after making a reservation with a representative of the hotel. In case of separate accommodation in a double room, an additional fee for a sofa in the amount of 800.00 RUB is charged. The cost of registration of foreign citizens is 400 RUB per person. A fine of 3,000.00 RUB is charged for smoking in the room. One child under 5 years old stays free of charge without providing extra bed and towels. An additional place for the second child and subsequent children is paid 800 RUB from each. Pets are allowed if there is a container for transportation. The cost of placing one animal is 1,000.00 RUB per day, the cost of placing the second and subsequent animal is 500 RUB per day.
