Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In connection with the decree of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory dated October 29, 2021 No. 525-pr, check-in at the hotel from 11/13/2021 will be carried out if there is: - QR-code of vaccination or transferred Covid-19 disease within six months before the day of check-in at the hotel (in electronic form (on the screen of a smartphone, tablet) or on paper), confirming that the citizen has received a full course of vaccination against COVID-19 and (or) the fact that the citizen has suffered from COVID-19 disease and no more than 6 months have passed since the date of his recovery; - certificates (certificates) of vaccination against a new coronavirus infection or a medical document (original with a stamp of a medical organization or on the letterhead of a medical organization (if available), certified with a personal seal and signature of the attending physician) confirming the fact that a citizen has suffered from COVID-19 disease and no more than 6 months have passed since the date of his recovery; - for citizens who have medical contraindications to vaccination – a medical document subject to registration confirming the presence of a medical contraindication, certified in accordance with the established procedure by a medical organization, with a negative result of a laboratory test for the presence of COVID-19 (PCR study) attached to it, from the date of which no more than 3 calendar days have passed. - the settlement of foreign citizens who arrived from foreign countries is carried out upon presentation of a negative result of a PCR test for the presence of the causative agent of coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2, received no later than 72 hours before the day of settlement, as well as a vaccination document (certificate or certificate of vaccination with any type of vaccine, including preferably in Russian), as well as a citizen's identity document. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
