“Excellent customer service”
Service was amazing! The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly! We checked in late at night, and as we walked into the hotel noticed my daughter’s suitcase wheel was broken (we were flying out the next morning). “Friendly staff but noisy rooms and dated furniture, not so comfy”
I stayed here for one night before flying out of Portland airport with my husband and our two pets. We parked a rental car here and the parking was $10/day - they charged us $65, I know there was a pet fee, but $55 seems excessive.
