Prima Palace is centrally located with easy access to the center of the city , light rail, and Old city of Jerusalem. The hotel is kept spotless, which was a pleasure. “GREAT HOTEL”
good to back again here, location is great close to shul and stores, staff was very nice and helpful, quick check in, room was nice and clean, breakfast menu was great with large selection, Yossi the waiter making sure everyone is satisfied.

“No complaints, no thrills ”
The service is attentive, the breakfast is nice, first floor rooms are renovated.. but still the overall feeling is of a basic motel. It’s perfectly good as a place to sleep and move on but not as a place to enjoy
