“Turnaround in west lake city”
The room is spacious with windows, and all the devices works. The staff were helpful especially the tour desk. It is within 15 mins walk to West Lake either along Pinghai and Jiefang Road. “Best Location”
I picked St. Rich Hotel because the location, it's very close to Xihu Lake and city centre. The lake is in 10-minute walking-distance. But the room was just old and so-so, nothing special. If you want to stay for 1 night it's still fine, but it's not comfy for a long period stay.

“Average at best.”
The room was not entirely clean with clothing left from a previous guest. The pictures of the rooms are much different than advertised along with the distance from West Lake. It is maybe a 20 minute-plus walk. Staying in the family room, the showers are glass and are exposed. With the mirror,… more
