I stayed here at last minute without booking. They had safe parking and a friendly smile on arrival. The staff in the restaurant were also helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. I paid 35 euros roughly which was reasonable. All over the city you can hear dogs barking so that is not just this hotel. I recommend this place

I'm staying here often for work. It's inexpensive, close to the Craiova city centre (5-10 minutes walk), The rooms are decent, clean, warm at winter and with AC for the summer. The breakfast is sometimes a la carte, sometimes with a buffet. It lacks fruits and milk and cereals, which would be a great improvement that wouldn't cost the hotel much, but I like their fried eggs and the coffee. What I like the most is the staff, they are always smiling and nice and helpful and they really make the hotel a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is great for tourists who want to see the city or who just pass by, or for recurrent visitors as I am. The value to price ratio is excellent. I fully recommend Parc Hotel in Craiova.

I stayed two nights in Oct. 2017. It was ok. The rooms were clean - the maid checks in daily. Do not choose room 111 if you want a ,, full screen view" over the nearby park; half of the view is covered by the terrace roof. But it is close to the conference hall. I stayed two nights in Oct. 2017. It was ok. The rooms were clean - the maid checks in daily. Do not choose room 111 if you want a ,, full screen view" over the nearby park; half of the view is covered by the terrace roof. But it is close to the conference hall. Hot water slow to reach morning shower. No elevator. Minimal, but fresh breakfast. No fruit, few vegetables. Hotel close to center and botanical gardens which are actually a public park with a running track and opening hours between 7 and 23! Friendly staff.
