This is my second consecutive summer staying at the Best Western Khan Hotel, and just like last time, it has been an excellent experience—perhaps the best in the area. The staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, and the location is perfect for shopping, just a 5-minute walk to the MarkAntalya Mall. It will always be a top choice for me when visiting Antalya

“Clean and reasonably priced”

We stayed at this hotel in October for 2 nights, we had an early departure and they made up a packed lunch for us as we couldnt make breakfast. The hotel is clean with friendly staff and good breakfast selection. I would stay again should I return to the area

Second time staying at this hotel and will be the last. I booked three rooms, one of which was a suite. Size-wise, it was very good, but that is all. The cleanliness was disgusting. I moved a chair and found items left by previous guests behind. The carpets had not been hoovered and were dirty, old, and ripped. When I moved the bed to pick up a pen I dropped, there was a HUGE hole in the carpet under the bed. The bathroom was the thing that let the room down completely it was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, and the hairdryer had exposed wires (hubby got a shock the first time using, it and didn't touch it again) The bath was BLACK we used slippers to stand in and have a shower, shower head kept sliding down the pole it was placed on ( even though reported it and it was fixed, (NOT) the light above the entrance door kept flickering again I reported it was fixed, (NOT as it kept doing it) The living room had a sofa made up of 2 ends of 2 different sofas, there was no lighting except the flickering one over the entrance door so we were unable to sit and read or talk as it was too dark in room. We had the room cleaned every other day (I say cleaned) the maid took the tip left on the bed, pulled sheets up, and replaced towels. I had to ask to have the bed changed as it had only been changed once in 9 days, and toiletries were never replaced. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast is very very nice and has lots of choices, dinner buffet was good on some nights but a bit mediocre on others, but value for money. I don't like to post bad reviews as I have worked in this industry and know it hard, that is why I always carry my own cleaning chemicals when I travel. We have used Best Western before and have not had any serious issues but this time has closed a door for us with this company. The area around the hotel is very central everything is on your doorstep another side of that is that it's DIRTY, with cigarette butts, and rubbish everywhere. Staff were majority pleasant and polite with the odd exception that should learn how to smile and say Hello. I heard that they are refurbishing the hotel, maybe if our room had been refurbished it wouldn't have spoilt our holiday but my one piece of advice to management is please give your staff a bit of CUSTOMER focused training and definitely train them on Cleaning standards. I did ask for the General Manager's email so I could send him my review rather than go public but apparently according to the receptionist he does not have one,( go figure.)

Its an average hotel comparing with the cost. We had a problem for the room type, we booked with a local agency for double room (one big bed), they give us a twin room (two separate beds), When we asked them to change it, they said they dont have places and all the double room are booked despite our complaints they did nothing for us, and the solution was to bring the two beds closer !!! but it wasn't comfortable at all, neither professional at all !!! Especially that we know that twin room cost less than double room, they didn't return any money to us neither changed the room !!!! the mattresses are old and caused a BACK PAIN to us. The towels are clean but old. The room is clean but beds are not comfortable at all. I DONT RECOMMEND IT and will not return to it since i booked for relaxation and what matters for me and my husband was comfort and we disnt find it in this place. Except that, breakfast is very good, location is in the center and near almost everything.
