“Good lodgings for London”

Clean, excellent hot water, within easy walking distance to the Victoria and Albert Museum and a subway stop that also connects to Heathrow, so it's easy to get to and from the airport. Decent continental breakfast. Helpful staff and someone at the desk 24/7.

Clean and quiet hotel in Kensington which is an upscale neighborhood. Close to Hyde Park and within walking distance to other attractions. About a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Tube Station where there are numerous restaurants, cafés, grocery store (Tesco), pharmacy outside. There is an elevator and they will store your luggage until your room is ready. The room I booked (double room) was smaller than usual. The bed and linen were comfortable. Our group had rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor where the shower pressure was awful in the bathrooms. Toiletries were provided and only bath towels and no tissue (I bought at Tesco). We had daily housekeeping service. WiFi was spotty. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Cero (sp – sorry) who helped us tremendously to arrange last minute transfers to Dover to board our cruise after our transportation cancelled on us at the last minute. We greatly appreciated your assistance Overall a good stay and location.

“Weekend stay, to visit Hyde Park”

We booked Villa Kensington for our weekend away to see Robbie in Hyde Park. The Location is excellent, 2 minute walk to the tube station. We booked Villa Kensington for our weekend away to see Robbie in Hyde Park. The Location is excellent, 2 minute walk to the tube station. It's 6 / 7 minutes to Hyde Park, 20 minutes to St Pancras, ish. In the area there are pubs, shops, restaurants alongside supermarkets, chemist etc..there's probably nothing you can't get within a five minute walk. The room we had was a twin, overlooking the tree lined street. The bedding was clean, as was the room. Tv and tea /coffee facilities, large wardrobe, dresser and set of drawers. We stayed 2 nights and our room was cleaned during our stay. Shower room was more than adequate, with complimentary toiletries.. The guys on reception were lovely,really friendly and although we didn't need any help from them I'm sure they would have assisted in anything we needed. To sum up, friendly staff, clean hotel conveniently placed at a very reasonable price Thank you

“Great location”

I stayed in this hotel for just a night. The reception staff were friendly, and the room was OK for the value I paid... the worst part is that the lift was broken and my room was on the 4th floor, so not very convenient after a long day of walking. The breakfast was complimentary for the lift issue, but it was very limited in terms of food variety... if you just want somewhere to sleep in though, its good enough for the price and location! The bed was comfy as well :)
