Stayed here overnight on our way down to London lovely hotel not far to walk into Kendal. Room was small but adequate. “A well run hotel and the Afternoon Tea was excellent with most cakes homemade.”
Although the hotel is just off the main road into Kendal, it is very quiet, and we had a room in the front. We had a very good welcome at reception. “A Mixed Bag”
Difficult to give an overall rating as there were some good and bad aspects of the hotel. Good:- 1) Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and good sized portions.
