“Cheap and cute”
It was one of the best hotel I have ever slept compared to price. It is close to the city center, train station and main places in Firenze. The room was clean,staffs were nice. I would prefer stay here next time in Firenze.

The hotel stay was quite enjoyable. Rather tourist standard. The hotel occupies two floors in a townhouse on the 3rd floor. Good location, but basic hotel. WiFi was advertised but it did not work, and hotel manager unable to offer assistance. Tv did not work, and shower very basic and no soap provided. “Okay but hidden costs.”
