“10/10 always”
I’ve stayed here a few times and it does not disappoint!!! DEFINITELY recommend it, all the staff are so friendly and accommodating especially Marham on reception and Lynete at the breakfast is always so helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable so definitely a 10/10. Nicest IHG in the birmingham… more
